AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAKF_.IP1 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 75R-381 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That certain parcel of land located in the
County of Orange, State of California, shown
as Parcel 1 in Parcel Map filed in Book 11,
page 16, in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said
Parcel 1, said point of beginning being at an
angle point in the existing City limit line
of the City of Anaheim as established by the
La Palma -Rio Vista Annexation to the City of
Anaheim; thence N 00 461 41" E, 189.12 feet
along a portion of said annexation boundary
line also being the west line of said Parcel 1
to the northwest corner of said Parcel 1, said
northwest corner also being the most southerly
point in the White Star -La Palma Annexation
boundary line to the City of Anaheim, said
point also being a point in a curve concave
northerly and having a radius of 4,948.00 feet,
a radial line bearing S 111 391 2911 W passes
through said point; thence leaving said exist-
ing annexation boundaries and following along
the northerly line, the easterly line and the
southerly line of said Parcel 1 the following

courses and distances easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 30 16' 26" an
arc distance of 282.73 feet to the northeast
corner of said Parcel 1; thence S 70 57' 41" W,
146.42 feet to the southeast corner of said
Parcel 1, said southeast corner being a point
in the northerly annexation boundary line of
the aforementioned La Palma -Rio Vista Annexa-
tion to the City of Anaheim; thence N 880 521
50" W, 260.71 feet along the south line of
said Parcel 1, also being a portion of the
existing City limit line of the City of Anaheim,
as established by said La Palma -Rio Vista
Annexation to the point of beginning.
now is COUNTY OF ORANGE AR (0) AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL -
OIL OVERLAY ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated
in CITY OF ANAHEIM RS -A-43,000 (0) RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL-
PRODUCTION OVERLAY ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, .and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
