AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANATiFI?1 AMEND-
ING TITLE 13 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 7 _S 11- 2 9-9 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Parcel 2, in the City of i-inaheim, County Of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a parcel map filed
in book 36 Page 24 of Parcel laps, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said county.
'XCEPT any portion thereof included within the land
described in a deed to Wilshire Woods Inc.
recorded idarch 27, 1975 in Book 11365 Page 821,
official Records.

now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDOITIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "RE -1200" RESIDENTIAL, ZULTIPLL-
FARILY ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Pearl Street and
Wilshire imenue as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the
City ongineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Pub-
lic Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as re-
quired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire De-
partment prior to commencement of structural framing.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
b. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
6. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees as
determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to be
paid at the time the suAding permit is issued.
7. That the access ramps shall be designed in accordance
with the city of Anaheim Standard Detail Wo. 12i.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning _Hap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said

%.1 Zoning 114ap, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Eirl-
yineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be
added to the City Zoning i4ap showing the changes hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTI01-i 3.
The City Cierk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause -the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the �naheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
siaii take effect and be in full force.
