AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAqEIII AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71R-126 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit line
of the City of Anaheim as established by the Anaheim
Hills No. 4 Annexation to the City of Anaheim, said
point of beginning being at the northeasterly terminus
of the course described as Course No. 45 in said an-
nexation, said course having a bearing and distance
of S 640 47t 1611 W, 175.71 feet; thence N 330 ill 4811
E, 1,367.36 feet along a portion of said Anaheim Hills
No. 4 Annexation boundary line to an intersection with
the most southerly corner of the Anaheim Hills No. 9
Annexation boundary line to the City of Anaheim; thence
leaving said Anaheim Hills No. 4 Annexation boundary
line and following along a portion of the southeasterly
annexation boundary line of said Anaheim Hills No. 9
Annexation to the City of Anaheim, N 440 381 37" E,
284.99 feet; thence leaving last mentioned City of Ana-
heim annexation boundary S 350 30t 3011 E, 622.24 feet;
thence S 810 53t 0011 W, 234.50 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave southeasterly and having a
radius 375 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curve
through a central angle of 260 481 00" an arc distance
of 175.41 feet; thence S 550 051 00" W, 123.50 feet;
thence S 340 551 00t1 E, 321.50 feet; thence S 390 04t
0011 W, 219.00 feet; thence N 881 431 0011 W, 280.88
feet, S 290 24t 00" E, 32.79 feet to the beginning of

a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a
radius of 275.00 feet; thence Southeasterly, Southerly
and Southwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 103° 07' 03" an are distance of 494.93 feet;
thence S 731 431 03" W, 303.34 feet tangent to the
last mentioned curve, to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of
18.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curve
through a central angle of 930 38' 28" an arc distance
of 29.42 feet; thence S 700 04' 35" W, 54.00 feet to
a point in a curve concave Southwesterly and having a
radius of 473.00 feet, a radial line bearing N 700 04'
35" E, passes through said point; thence Northwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 50 171 19"
an arc distance of 43.66 feet; thence N 250 121 44" W,
270.00 feet to an intersection with the aforementioned
Anaheim Hills No. 4 Annexation boundary line; thence N
640 47' 16T1 E, 57.00 feet along a portion of said Anaheim
Hills No. 4 Annexation boundary line to the point of be-
ginning.
now is County of Orange Al, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL, DISTRICT and that
it be changed to and incorporated in City of Anaheim 'TRS -A-43,000"
RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
