AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAiiPV1 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71R-126 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit
line of the City of Anaheim, said point of begin-
ning being in the northwest corner of the Anaheim
Hills No. 13 Annexation boundary to said City, said
northwest corner also being an angle point in the
southerly annexation boundary line of the Mohler
Drive Annexation to said City; thence leaving said
Anaheim Hills No. 13 Annexation boundary and follow-
ing along a portion of said Mohler Drive Annexation
boundary line, the following courses and distances:
N 550 201 1011 E. 186.60 feet; N 290 44' 52" W, 84.16
feet; N 560 04' 55t1 E, 1,521.50 feet to the south-
easterly corner of said Mohler Drive Annexation
boundary line; thence leaving said Mohler Drive An-
nexation boundary line S 350 33' 1211 E, 381.37 feet;
S 330 33t 0011 E, 210.00 feet; S 20 29' 0011 E, 243.00
feet; S 51° 001 00" W, 335.00 feet; S 630 50' 00" E,
450.00 feet; S 380 021 00" W, 364.26 feet to an in-
tersection with the northerly line of the aforemen-
tioned Anaheim Hills No. 13 Annexation to said City;
thence N 760 26' 17" W, 1,688.86 feet along a portion
of the northerly annexation boundary line of said
Mohler Drive Annexation to the point of beginning.

now is County of Orange Al, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL, DISTRICT and that
it be changed to and incorporated in City of Anaheim "RS -A-43,000"
RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
15th day of July, 1975, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None .
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Seymour
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 3446 on the 15th day of July,
1975.
