3436ORDINANCE NO. 3436
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3425, NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING
TO THE HOUSING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3425 was adopted by the City
Council on May 13, 1975; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the
terms and references set forth in Section 1.04.620.010 were im-
properly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tune.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That said Ordinance No. 3425 be, and the same is hereby,
amended, nunc pro tune, to read as follows:
11.010 The Commission shall, as soon as practical after
its organization under Sections 1.04.600 through
1.04.640, and each year thereafter, elect a chair-
man and vice chairman in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 904 of the Charter of the City
of Anaheim."
SECTION 2.
In all other conditions and respects Ordinance No. 3425
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be :printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this
10th day of June , 1975

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim

June, 1975.
