AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. �Q� determining that a change or
changes in he zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
A parcel of land situate in the Rancho Canon de Santa
Ana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the easterly line of
Taylor Street with the southerly right-of-way line of
The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, as
conveyed by deed recorded in Hook 1164, page 473, of
Official Records in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, said point being in the westerly line
of that certain parcel of land conveyed as Parcel ilio.
1 in deed recorded in Book 1164, page 297, of said
Official Records; thence southerly along said easterly
line 15.16 feet to a point in a line which is parallel
with and distant 15 feet southerly at right angles from
said right-of-way line, said point being the true point
of beginning of this description;
Thence easterly along said parallel line 500.00 feet;
thence southerly at right angles 267.14 feet to a point
in a line which is parallel with and distant 60 feet
northerly at right angles from the southerly Line of
said Parcel No. 1; thence westerly at right angles and
along last said parallel line 460.83 feet to the east-
erly line of said Taylor .Street, being; the westerly

westerly line 270.00 feet to point of beginning; con-
taining an area of 2.946 acres, more or less.

An irregular shaped parcel of land, in the County of
Orange, State of California, being a portion of the
Rancho Canon de Santa Ana and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the easterly line of
Taylor Street with the southerly right-of-way line of
The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, as
conveyed by deed recorded in Book 1164, page 473, of
Official Records in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, said point being in the westerly line
of that certain parcel of land conveyed as Parcel No.
1 in deed recorded in Book 1164, page 297, of said
Official Records; thence South 00 36t 50" East along
said westerly line 15.16 feet; thence South 820 161
20" East along a line which is distant 15.0 feet south-
erly at right angles from and parallel with said right-
of-way line, 500 feet to a point, said point being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description.
Thence at right angles South 70 431 40" West 267.14
feet to a point in a line which is parallel with and
distant 60 feet northerly at right angles from the
southerly line of said Parcel No. 1; thence North 820
161 20" West 460.83 feet to the westerly line of said
Parcel No. 1; thence South 00 361 5011 East along said
line 60.64 feet to the southerly line of said Parcel
No. 1; thence South 820 161 2011 East along said line
669.94 feet to the easterly line of said parcel; thence
North 30 411 57" East 7.16 feet to the southerly line
of Parcel No. 2, as described in said deed recorded in

feet, more or less, to a point in the westerly line of
that certain 0.866 of an acre parcel of land described
in deed dated July 1, 1949, from Santa Fe Land Improve-
ment Company to Yorba Orange Growers Association, re-
corded in Book 1874, page 141, Official Records of
said Orange County; thence north 70 431 40" East along
said westerly line 183.77 feet to the northwest corner
of said 0.866 of an acre parcel; thence continuing
North 70 43t 4011 East, along the easterly line of that
certain 5.678 acre parcel of land described in deed
dated May 2, 1944, from F. N. Parkinson et al, to
Santa Fe Land Improvement Company, recorded in Book
1255, page 258, Official Records of said Orange County,
a distance of 140 feet to a point in the northerly

5.678 acre parcel of land described in deed dated May 2,
1944, from F. N. Parkinson et al. to Santa Fe Land Im-
provement Company, recorded in Book 1255, at page 258, of
Official Records in the office of the Recorder of said
County, said point being South 80 291 401" West 10 feet
from the southwest corner of Lot 2 in Block "D" of Yorba,
as shown on Map recorded in Book 31, pages 59 and 60,
of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Recorder
of Los Angeles County, California; thence North 82° 161
20" West along the south line of said 5.678 acre parcel,
a distance of 75.00 feet to the westerly line of that
certain 0.31 of an acre parcel of land as described in
that certain deed dated April 15, 1949, from Santa Fe
Land Improvement Company to Yorba Orange Growers Asso-
ciation, and recorded in Book 1844, page 274, in the
office of the Recorder of Orange County, and being the

in "ML11 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall
be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office
of the City Engineer.
2. That the owners of subject property shall install street
lighting on all streets within the area, as required by the Direc-
tor of Public Utilities and in accordance with standard plans and
specifications on file in the Office of the Director of Public
Utilities.
SECTION 2.
The City. Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
