AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71R-126 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That parcel of land located in the County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit line
of the City of Anaheim as established by the Anaheim
Hills No. 1 Annexation to said City certified by the
Secretary of State June 29, 1971, said point of be-
ginning being S 73° 35' 00" E, 277.97 feet from the
northwesterly terminus of the line described in said
annexation as having a bearing and distance of N 730
35' 00" W, 1,581.09 feet; thence S 73° 35' 00" E,
1,394.34 feet along a portion of the southerly annexa-
tion boundary line of said Anaheim Hills No. 1 Annexa-
tion to a point distant S 73° 35' 00" E, 91.22 feet
from the most westerly annexation boundary line of the
Anaheim Hills No. 4 Annexation to the City of Anaheim
certified by the Secretary of State February 16, 1972;
thence leaving said existing Anaheim City boundary
lines as established by said annexations the following
courses and distances: S 190 58' 0011 W, 65.94 feet;
W 136.00 feet; S 235.00 feet; S 560 48' 00" W, 692.00
feet; W 260.00 feet; N 560 30' 00" W, 408.00 feet;
N 150 30' 00" W, 451.00 feet; N 160 24' 44" E, 427.49
feet to the point of beginning.

tion to the City of Anaheim, certified by the Secre-
tary of State March 27, 1974; thence S 230 15' 00" E,
60 feet along the northeasterly annexation boundary
line of said Anaheim Hills No. 9 Annexation; thence
leaving said annexation boundary line N 160 34' 05"
E 1,214.49 feet; thence West 370 feet; thence S 530
06' 00" W, 250 feet; thence West 785.60 feet to an
tintersection with the existing City limit line of the
City of Anaheim as established by the Anaheim Hills
No. 8 Annexation to the City of Anaheim certified by
the Secretary of State June 1, 1973; thence following
along a portion of the easterly annexation boundary
line of the Anaheim Hills No. 8 Annexation, the fol-
lowing courses and distances: S 370 45' 00" E, 148.08
feet; N 890 10' 00" E, 530 feet; S 230 15' 00" E, 176
feet, more or less, to an intersection with the exist-
ing City limit line of the City of Anaheim as estab-
lished by the Anaheim Hills No. 4 Annexation to the
City of Anaheim certified by the Secretary of State
February 16, 1972; thence leaving said Anaheim Hills
Into. 8 Annexation boundary line and following along a
portion of the northerly and easterly annexation
boundary lines of said Anaheim Hills No. 4 Annexation
N 870 46' 27" E, 283.11 feet; South 658.95 feet to
the point of beginning.
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit line
of the City of Anaheim as established by the Anaheim
Hills No. 8 Annexation to the City of Anaheim, certi-
fied by the Secretary of State June 1, 1973, said

the annexation boundary line of said Anaheim Hills

feet; thence S 820 32' 00" E, 248 feet; thence S 220
58' 00" E, 722 feet to an intersection with the
northerly line of the aforementioned Anaheim Hills
No. 8 Annexation to the City of Anaheim; thence fol-
lowing along a portion of the northerly annexation
boundary line of said Anaheim Hills No. 8 Annexa-
tion, the following courses and distances: N 370
45' 00" W.1 401.50 feet; thence W 2,450 feet; thence
N 550 05' 00" W, 1,830 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
now is County of Orange Al, GENERAL AGRICULUTRAL, DISTRICT and
that it be changed to and incorporated in the City of Anaheim
"RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, unconditionally.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Flap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
