ING ORDINAI'jCI NO. 3412, ITtJNC PRO TUrlC,
RELATING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance "o. 3412 was adopted by the City
Council on April 8, 1975; and
HIEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, ordi-
nance was incorrectly numbered; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct said section,
nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANA+IE,IT-7
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOII 1.
That the title of said O.rdina.nce No. 31,112 be, and tine sa.r: e
is hereby, amended to read as folloVrs:

That the first paragraph of Section 1 of Ordinance :ido.
3412 be, and the same is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, to retic'
as follows:
"That Title 18, Chapter_ 18.84 be, and the same is herebtr.
amended by addint=; thereto Section 18.84.038 to read as follows:
13.84.038 TREE PRESERVATION"
SECTION 3.
That except as to extent herein amended Ordinance No. 3,412
shall be and remain in full force and effect as originally passed.
SECTION It.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordi-
nance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newsnaner
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said

shall take effect and be in full force.
