AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHFI11 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 74-75-25 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That parcel of land located in the County of
Orange, State of California, lying within a
portion of the East half of Section 18, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B. & M., described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit
line of the City of Anaheim, said point being
at the southeast corner of the Disney School
Annexation to said City; thence leaving said
existing Anaheim Annexation boundary line S 890
41' 37" E, 238.80 feet along a line parallel with
and 30 feet north of centerline of Orange Avenue
to an intersection with the northerly prolongation
of the east line of Tract No. 5748, as shown on a
map recorded in Book 210, pages 30 and 31,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County; thence
S 00 38' 33" W, 395.60 feet along said prolongation
and east line to the southeast corner of said Tract
No. 5748; thence N 89° 41' 37" W, 238.80 feet along
the south line of said tract to the southwest corner
thereof; thence N 00 38' 33" E, 395.60 feet alone
the west line of said tract and the northerly
prolongation of said west line to the point of
beginning.

That parcel of land located in the County of
Orange, State of California, lying within the
Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit
line of the City of Anaheim, said point being at
the southeast corner of the Disney School Annexa-
tion to the City of Anaheim; thence N 0° 19' 03"
E, 630.16 feet along a portion of the said easter-
ly annexation boundary line to an intersection
with the north line of the land described in
Parcel One in the deed recorded November 15, 1972
in Book 10428, pages 361 and 362, Official Records;
thence N 890 51' 05" E, 329.91 feet leaving said
annexation boundary line and following along the
north line of the land described in the last
mentioned deed to the northeasterly corner of said
land; thence S 00 191 07" W, 452.16 feet along the
easterly line of the land described in said deed to
an intersection with the easterly prolongation of
the north line of the land described as Parcel Two
in the above mentioned deed; thence S 89° 41' 37" W,
90 feet along said prolongation to the northeast
corner of said Parcel Two; thence S 0° 19' 07" Wr
178 feet along the east line of said Parcel Two;
to an intersection with a line parallel with and
30 feet northerly of the centerline of Orange Avenue;
thence S 890 41' 37" f?, 239.91 feet along said
parallel line to the point of beginning.
now is County of Orange "R-1 ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in the City
of Anaheim "RS -7200" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE,
unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and sign d by me
