AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEALING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.160
AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 14.32.160 IN ITS
PLACE RELATING TO PARKING.
FOLLOWS: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.160 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, .and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto Section
14.32.160 reading as follows:
"Section 14.32.160 PARKING RESTRICTED -
THREE A.M. TO SIX A.M.
It is unlawful between the hours of
Three A.M. and Six A.M. of any day
to park or leave parked any vehicle
upon any of the following streets or
places:
.010 That portion of Lincoln Avenue between
Helena Street and Olive Street;
.020 That portion of Anaheim Boulevard be-
tween Broadway and Cypress Street;
.030 Upon any public parking lot of area
owned or maintained by the City of
Anaheim except Parking Lot #1 on
Chartres Street between Anaheim Boule-
vard and Lemon Street;
.040 Oak Street, from Lemon Street to
Helena Street;
.05.0 Clementine Street, on both sides, from
Lincoln Avenue to Chestnut Street."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordi-
nance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
