AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHPIrl AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 72R-140 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Tract 7735 as shown in book 353, pages 20 - 22
of Miscellaneous Maps on file in the office of
the recorder of Orange County, California.
now is "RS -A-4300" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it
be changed to and incorporated in "RS -7200" RESIDENTIAL,
SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following condition:
That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the appropriate park and
recreation in -lieu fees as determined to be
appropriate by the City Council, said fees to be
paid at the time the building permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of April, 1975.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:

follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2;
thence South 89° 46' 00" West 1064.44 feet along
the South line of said Dominauez Estate; thence
North 00 16' 30" West 1091.00 feet; thence North
890 50' 00" East 671.15 feet to the West line of
the land described in the deed recorded in Book
206, page 290 of Deeds of said Oranae County;
thence South 0° 18' 00" East 501.50 feet to the
Southwest corner of said land; thence North 890
42' 00" East 398.36 feet alonc_r the South line of

it be changed to and incorporated in "RS -7200" RESIDENTIAL,
SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following conditions.
1. That the owner(s) of subject property shall
conditionally dedicate to the City of Anaheim a strip of land
as required for the future extension of a 54 -foot (541) wide
street to extend southerly from "A" Street east of the pad
for Lot No. 36 to the south tract boundary including necessary
standard property line radii. Said conditional dedication
shall be conditioned upon the need for the street as
determined by the City of Anaheim.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and
charged as required and determined to be necessary by the
Chief of the Fire Department prior to commencement of structural
framing.
3. That all lots within this tract shall be served
by underground utilities.
4. That all air --conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent
properties.
5. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, above
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and
zoning inspections.

SECTION 2.
.. The City Zonina Map shall be, and the same is herebv
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a Dart of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
Citv Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The Citv Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
