AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHPI14 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. hrRhhn� amended determining that a change or
changes in the -zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
A14AHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
A parcel of land in Fractional Section 4, Township 4
South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Frac-
tional Section 4, 789.50 feet North of the Northwest
corner of Lot 4 of said section and running thence
North along the West line of said Section 182.00 feet;
thence East, parallel to the North line of said Lot 4,
400.00 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of
Section 4, 182.00 feet; thence West, parallel to the
North line of said Lot 4, 400.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and
in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file
in the office of the City Engineer, at the time the property
is developed.
2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City En-
gineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
15th day of April, 1975, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Thom and Sneegas
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 3414 on the 15th day of
April, 1975.
