3409ORDINANCE NO. 3409 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. r 6734 determininq that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the 3rd Class Land allotted to M. Yorba, in the City of Anaheim, according to a map attached to and made a part of the Decree of Partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana ren- dered in Case No. 1978 of the 17th Judicial Dis- trict Court of California, a certified copy of which is recorded in book 28, page 158 of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, located in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at an axle set at the Northeast corner of the land conveyed to Angel Navarro by deed re- corded in book 55, page 10 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California, as shown on a map filed in book 25, page 39 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence North 760 301 00" West 74.58 feet along the North line of said land to the Northwest corner of the land conveyed to Savina N. Peralta by deed recorded May 12, 1925 in book 577, page 346 of Deeds being the true point of beginning; thence North 760 30' 00" `Jest 740.54 feet along said North line to an axle as -1- ATT Y-2 8 66-67-64(10) shown on said Record of Survey map; thence South 0° 25' 00" East 563.83 feet to the South line of ,�. said land conveyed to Angel Navarro; thence South 751 21' 00" East 744.16 feet along said South line to the West line of said land conveyed to Savina N. Peralta; thence North 00 25' 00" West 574.20 feet to the true point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion granted to the County of Orange by deed recorded June 6, 1967 in book 8271, page 342, Official Records, des- cribed as follows: That portion of the land described in Parcel No. 3 of a deed recorded in book 6116, page 845, Offi- cial Records of Orange County, California, in- cluded within a strip of land 106.00 feet wide, lying 53.00 feet on each side of the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Taylor Street and Walnut Street as shown on a Record of Survey map filed in book 77, page 34, Records of said County; thence along the Easterly prolongation of last said center line North 890 48' 10" East, 5869.58 feet to a tangent curve con- cave northwesterly and having a radius of 2000..00 feet; thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 150 16' 12" an arc distance of 533.02 feet to a tangent reverse curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 2000.00 feet; thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 180 14' 57" an are distance of 652.14 feet to a tangent line; thence along said tangent line South 860 47' 05" East, 1432.92 feet to a point in the center line of imperial Highway as said center line is shown on a map designated S.M. No. 66-6, on file in the office of the Orange County Surveyor. EXCEPTING: That portion of the 3rd Class Land allotted to 11. Yorba, according to a map attached to and made a part of the Decree of Partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana rendered in Case No. 1978 of the 17th Judicial District Court of California, a certified copy of which is recorded in kook 28, page 158 of Deeds in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of that certain land described in deed recorded in Book 10490, page 849 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence along the Easterly boundary line of said certain land north 000 26' 54" West 229.82 feet; thence South 880 33' 48" West to the Westerly boundary line of said certain land; thence along said Westerly boundary line South 00° 25' 00" East to the Southwest corner of said certain land; thence along the Southerly boundary line of said certain land South 750 25' 16" East 744.16 feet to the point of beginning. -2- now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following condition: That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning man to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTIO'3 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif- teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a news- paper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
