AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
�-- TITLE 7, CHAPTER 7.28 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 7.28.,020,
RELATING TO LOITERING ON PUBLIC SCHOOL PREMISES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 7, Chapter 7.28 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto
Section 7.28.020 to read as follows:
"7.28.020 PUBLIC SCIOOL PREMISES, LOITERING UNLAWFUL
It shall be unlawful for anyperson or
persons to remain, stay or loiter in or
upon the grounds of any public school
in -the City of Anaheim between the hours
of ten thirty o'clock (10:30) P.M. and
five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of the following
day unless authorized in writing to remain
on said public school premises by the
school principal or his authorized
representative. As used in this section,
"Loiter" means to delay, linger or to
idle about without a lawful purpose for
_ being present on said public school
premises".
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 4th day of March , 1975.
