AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM REPEAL-
ING SECTION NO. 3.04.070 AND ADDING A NEW
SECTION TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RE-
LATING TO LICENSING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.04.070 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be,
and the same is hereby, repealed.
SEC'T'ION 2.
That Section 3.04.070 is hereby added to the Anaheim
Municipal Code to read as follows:
3.04.070 LICENSE COLLECTOR - RECORDS TO BE KEPT.
All fees, penalties and other moneys received by
the License Collector pursuant to the provisions
of this title shall be deposited in the General
Fund of this City upon the business day next fol-
lowing the receipt of the same.
The License Collector shall keep full, adequate
and accurate records pertaining to the issuance
of licenses under this title and the collection
of all fees, penalties and other moneys in con-
nection therewith.
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY.
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this chap-
ter of the Code hereby adopted be declared for any reason to be
invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have passed
all other portions of this chapter independent of the elimination
herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days: after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by, me
this 21st day of January , 1975•

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Apaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 3393 on the 21st day of
January, 1975.
