AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1981 IN RECLASSIFICATION
PROCEEDINGS 59-60-62 BY AMENDING CONDITION
NO. 4 THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Condition No. 4 of Ordinance No. 1931 in
Reclassification proceeding 59-60-62 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"4. (a) That all engineering requirements of the
City of Anaheim, along Dale and Lincoln Avenues,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or
other pertinent work, be complied with as
required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file
in the office of the City Engineer; and (b) that
a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the
City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City at
the time of application for a building permit to
guarantee the installation of said engineering
requirements."
SECTION 2.
SEVERABILITY. The City Council of the City of Anaheim
hereby declares that should any section, paragraph, sentence or
word of this chapter of the Code hereby adopted be declared for
any reason to be invalid, it is the intent of the Council that
it would have passed all other portions of this chapter indepen-
dent of the elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be
declared invalid.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty ( 3.0 ) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of January , 1975.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 3387 on the 7th day of January,
1975..
