A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property
to wit: An easement for road and
purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RONALD S. MUCKENTHALER,
a single man,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 45.00 feet, as measured
from the center line of Anaheim Road, of the Easterly 330
feet of that portion of Lot 2 in Block K of the Kraemer
Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87
and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said lot,
28 chains Southerly from the Northeasterly corner of said
lot; thence Southerly along said Easterly line, 12.03
chains to the Southeasterly corner of said lot; thence
Westerly along the Southerly line of said lot, 20 chains
to the Southwesterly corner of said lot; thence Northerly
along the Westerly line of said lot, 12.03 chains to the
Southwesterly corner of the tract of land described in
deed from Mattie Goetz and husband, to Emma Shaffer,
recorded December 6, 1917 in Book 316, page 202 of Deeds,
records of said Orange County; thence Easterly along the
Southerly line of said tract, 20 chains to the point of
beginning
EXCEPTING THEREFROM a parcel of land conveyed to the
Placentia Mutual Water Company by deed recorded
February 10, 1927 in Book 15, page 173 of Official
Records, described as follows:

of 20 feet to a point; thence Northerly and
parallel to the Easterly line of said Lot 2, a
distance of 60 feet to a point; thence Easterly on
a line parallel to the Southerly line of said
Lot 2, to a point in the Easterly line of said
Lot 2; thence in a Southerly direction along the
Easterly line of said Lot 2, to the point of
beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
