OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha v_ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of DOROTHEA PINKHAM,
CORBIT, ELEANOR B. McCREERY and REBECCA BURDORF
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

purposes over, under and across the
following described property:
That portion of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 3
South, Range 10 West, in the City of Anaheim,
Orange County, California, as said Section
is shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
Page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps of said County,
described as being the Easterly 15.00 feet
of the Westerly 65.00 feet of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said
Section 34, excepting therefrom the
Southerly 825.08 feet thereof.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
