A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A RANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT L. WETZLER and
WETZLER, husband gnd wife,
to sell to the i( y of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
piahli n iiti li ty purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land des-
cribed as follows:
The Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right
angles to the center line of Ball Road) of the
West 165.00 feet of the East 265.00 feet of the
North half of the West half of the North half
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California;
be, and the same is hereby, .ccepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
