OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY AND ELECTRIC
POWER LINES AND OVERHANG PURPOSES.
RESOLUTION N0, 63R 349
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: Easements for ublic utilit and electric ower
lines and overhang purposes an
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sel
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CLARA E. FREESE, HERMAN H. FREESE
ER R DE M. HOAGLAND BARBARA J. RESLER and BONNIE J. SCHAPER
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
to be used for easements for d is power lines
and overhang .lrposes
and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Easterly five (5) feet of the Easterly 212.50 feet of
the Westerly 315.00 feet of the Northerly 693 feet of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 17,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.
The Westerly two (2) feet of the Easterly five (5) feet
above described will be used for electric power line over-
hang purposes only.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for electric power lines and
overhang purposes over, under and across the Southerly
three (3) feet and the Westerly three (3) feet of the
Easterly 212.50 feet of the Westerly 315.00 feet of
the Northerly 693 feet of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion thereof lying within that
certain Highway commonly known as Lincoln Avenue along
the Northerly boundary of the subject property.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
