A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES, INCLUDING A
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AND A TEMPORARY CON-
STRUCTION EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municip,1 purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes. including a sanitary sewer easement and a temporary
construction easement; and
WHEREAS, the owner_ of said property haVe
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RAYMOND C. BURBANK, also
known as RAYMOND CORRI CURTIS BURBANK, and NELLIE BEATRICE
BURBANK. husband an w e,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public utility
purposes,including a sanitary sewer easement and a temporary construe
tion easement and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for public utility purposes includ-
ing a sanitary sewer easement over, under and across a strip
of land 15.00 feet in width lying within that parcel of land
described in Parcel Two (2) conveyed to Raymond Corri Curtis
Burbank and Nellie Beatrice Burbank, husband and wife, by deed
recorded in Book 2443, page 529 of Official Records of Orange
County, California, the center line of said 15.00 foot strip
being described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Eight (8) of Mrs.
Bush's Subdivision of a portion of Bush Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 36, page 52 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California; thence North 0 10' West along
the Westerly line of said Lot Eight (8) and the Northerly pro-
longation thereof, a distance of 1932.63 feet to the True Point
of Beginning; hence South 80 41' 11" East 65.06 feet; thence
South 74 43' 25" East 826.80 feet; thence South 77 50' 23"
East 300.93 feet; thence South 83 58' 13" East 301.54 feet to
the intersection with the West line of Lot Three (3) of said
Mrs. Bush's Subdivision.

The South line of said 15.00 foot strip to be lengthened or
shortened as the case may be to coincide with the West line of
Lot Eight (8) and the West line of Lot Three (3) of said Mrs.
Bush's Subdivision.
PARCEL TWO: A temporary construction easement over and across
a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the Northerly line of said
10.00 foot strip being the Southerly line of the above des-
cribed Parcel One.
Said temporary easement to expire upon completion of the in-
stallation of a sewer main but not later than May 1, 1964;

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of April 19 63
