A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
LAWRENCE L. CAMPBELL TO MOVE A BUILDING FROM
325 SOUTH LOS ANGELES STREET TO 718 SOUTH LOS
ANGELES STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, LAWRENCE L. CAMPBELL having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move an office build
ing from 325 South Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, California, to
718 South Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS said application having been set for public
hearing on the 23rd day of April, 1963, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to movesaid building or structure, at
least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the
names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assess-
ment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said
permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Lawrence L. Campbell for
a house moving permit to move an office building from 325 South
Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, California, to 718 South Los Angeles
Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted,
subject to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15,
Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the
moving of buildings from a point within the City of Anaheim onto
a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of April, 1963.
