RESOLUTION NO. 4287
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A
CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED IN A
CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission ot the City ot
Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution declar-
ing its intention to change the boundaries ot the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and desoribed and did fix a time and plaoe for
the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner and as pr~
scribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Oode, and
did duly hold and conduct a publio hearing to oonsider such proposed
ohange of zone or zones and did reoeive evidenoe and reports from
persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following the
hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announoe by formal
resolution its findings of facts and deolare its opinions an4 reaSOn8
for reoommending an amendment to said Artiole IX, ChaPter 2 of the
Anaheim Munioipal Code to effect the proposed 9hanges of the bOl1nd8l'"
riee of the zone hereinafter mentioned and desoribed; and
WHEREAS, upon reoeipt of the report and recommendation of
the City Planning Commission, the City Counoil did thereupon fix
the 17th day of Deoember, 1957 as the time and the Oouncil Ohamber
in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a pUblic
hearing upon said proposed change of zone and did give notioe thereot
in the manner and as provided in said Article IX, ChaPter 2 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hear-
ing, the City Counoil did duly hold and conduct suoh public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidenoe and reports, and did thereupon con-
sider the reoommendations of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the property and area proposed to be ohanged from the zone in whioh
it is now situated to a different zone as hereinafter set forth is
more suitable for the zone in whioh it is now inoorporated and that
a change of zone should not be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, desoribed
aa follows, to wit:

Lot 8 of the Miles Rancho, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 4, Page 7 of Misoellaneous Maps,
reoords of Orange County, California.
Parcel 2.
Lots 1 - 91, inolusive, of Tract No. 2242.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
