A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

OOMPENSATION TO BE PAID.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, 9ft the 27th day of June,
195', a written contract was duly made and entered into by aad
between the City of Anaheim and C. V. Taormina, doing businels as
Anahei. Disposal Coapany, for .the oolleotion dd disposal of all
oommeroial rubbish and waste material in the City within the limits
specified in said acreement; and
WHEREAS, said C. V. Taormina has been requested to oolleot
ud dispose of all rubbish and waste hterial from other oo_eroial
portions of the Ci tl and has agreed to do so on the same terms and
oonditions set forth in said agreement and for a oompensation of
$,,000.00 per month; and .
WHSREAS, the City Counoil does find and determine that
said .um is a reasonable sum to be paid for the servioes to be
rendered by said C. V. Taormina for the colleotion and dispo.al of
such oommercial rubbish and wa.te material from the City of Anaheim,
lOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that said agreement, made and entered into on the
27th day of June, 19.56, be amended to inolude all other area. of
the City now existing, or hereafter added to the Oity, and that said
C. V. Taormina, doing business as Anaheim Disposal Company, be paid
the sum of .3,000.00 per month as oompensation for the oolleotion
and disPosal of said oommeroial rubbish and waste material within
the Oity of Anaheim, oommenoing January 1, 19.58.
