A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of JOHN HICKS,JR., and
HICKS, husband and wife,
to sell to the i�of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 31 of
Tract No. 2051, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 58, pages 16 and 17 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California; thence
Southerly along the East line of said Lot 31
a distance of 9.00 feet; thence South 89 20 30"
West a distance of 30.00 feet, more or less, to
an intersection with the North line of said
Lot 31; thence Northeasterly along a portion of
the North line of said Lot 31, to the point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
