(First Hearing)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN
MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXA-
TION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM KNOWN AND DESIG-
NATED AS RIVERVIEW ANNEXATION NO. 2.
AMMEMIUMX
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did on the llth day of June 19 63 receive a
written petitionasking that certain territory escribed in
said petition be annexed to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution
No. 63R -511, designating the said proposed annexation as
Riverview Annexation No. 2 and
WHEREAS, the City Council did fix the 23rd day
of -Jul i 19 61_, at the hour of 3:00 P ,M. at
the 'iC ty Counci lumber in the City Hall of the City of
Anaheim, as the day, hour and place when and where the City
Council would hear protests made by the owner or owners of
any real property within the territory proposed to be
annexed; and
WHEREAS, said hearing on protests was held on the
23rd day of July 19 63
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council does find and declare that a majority protest
kaitxxxxxxklegAxx was not made at said hearing.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 23rd day of July 19 63

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 63R -614 was
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting provided by law, of
the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 23rd day of
July, 1963, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -614 on the
23rd day of July, 1963.
