RESOLUTION NO. 63R -570
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ALLEY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for alley
pu]DOSes
and
the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of ELISE FRITZ, a widow,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the fol owing escri a rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for alley
purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for alley purposes and all appurte-
nances thereto, over, under, along, upon and
across that certain parcel of land described as
follows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of Lot 120
of Tract No. 1565, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 49, pages 20 through 24, inclusive, of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Califor-
nia; thence North 74 31' 15" East 20.00 feet;
thence South 15 28' 45" East 11.00 feet; thence
South 60 28' 45" East 14.14 feet; thence North
74 31' 15" East 84.02 feet; thence South 0° 10'
15" West 20.77 feet; thence South 74 31' 15" West
106.89 feet; thence North 15 28' 45" West 41.00
feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
