A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of COLONIAL PROPERTIES, a

to sell to the iG� tyof Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for read and
p public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility pur-
poses over, under and across the Westerly 53
feet, as measured at right angles to the cen-
ter line of Dowling Avenue, of the Northerly
132 feet of the Westerly half of the Lot 8,
Block 4, of the Golden State Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded. in Book 4, pages 66 and. 67
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the
Westerly line of said Lot 8 is assumed to be
the center line of Dowling Avenue;
be, and the same is hereby, Lccepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th..t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
