RESOLUTION NO. 4259
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4192 GRANTING
VARIANCE NO. 837.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 5th day of November,
1957, the City Counoil did adopt Resolution No. 4192 granting
Variance No. 837; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 in said resolution is as follows:
"3. That Conditions Nos. 2 and 4, reading as follows,
be deleted from Deolaration of Restriotions No.
781.52:
'2. All buildings shall be masonry or similar
fire resistant materials.
t4. No building shall be used for residential
purposes unless rezoned.'u
AND WHEREAS, the applioant has requested that said
Condition No. 3 be amended to inolude the deletion of Conditions
Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 from the Deolaration of Restrictions No.
781.52, and the City Counoil does find and determine that it would
be to the advantage and for the best interests of the City and
the aPplioant to grant said request,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 3 in said Resolution No.
4192 be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"3. That Conditions Nos, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, reading
as follows, be deleted from the Declaration Of
Restrictions No. 78152 recorded in Book 3941,
Page 215 of Official Reoords in the Office of
the County Reoorder of Orange County, California:
II 2. All buildings shall be masonry or similar
fire resistant materials.
"3. Arohitectural design must be suoh that the
buildings will retain a definite oharacter
in keeping with each other.
114. No building shall be used for residential
purposes unless rezoned.
".5. A minimum of this property, exclusive of
streets, shall be maintained for customer
and servioe parking as required by the
Anaheim Municipal Code.
"6. No wall or fenoe shall enolose any portion
of the customer parking area to the exclusion
of adjaoent parking area."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of December, 1957.
