RESOLUTION NO. 4256
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM Al4ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3661 GRANT-
ING VARIANCE NO. 687 TO CLARENCE WESLEY RAINS
AND DOLLIE P. RAINS.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 15th day of January,
1957, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. )661 granting
Variance No. 687; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 8 in said resolution is as followe:
II 8. That disposal material deposited wi t:b.J.n fifty
(50) feet of the site boundaries be limited to
non-combustible material only.1I
AND WHEREAS, the applicants have requested that said Condi-
tion No.8 be amended to read: 1I'1'hat disposal materials depOsited
within 25 feet of the site boundaries be limited to non-combustible
materials only,1I and the City Council finds that said Condition No.
8 in Resolution No. 3661 should be amended as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Condition No. 8 of Resolution No. )661, grant-
ing Variance No. 687, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
II 8. That the top of the slope of the bank be built
at a minimum distance of ten feet from existing
property lines, and that from that point a slope
of one-to-one be maintained to the floor of the
pit, and no cutting nor excavating be allowed
beyond the lines so established. If any of the
restricted area is presently excavated, it shall
be replaced with non-combustible materials. II
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
