A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MILTON KATZ, M.D.. a

to sell to the CIETof Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility Purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northwest quarter
of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
S.B.S. M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Tract No. 2833, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 85, pages 7 and, 8 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
thence South 89 37' 25" West a distance of 416.00 feet;
thence South 00 14' 35" East a distance of 23.00 feet
to an intersection with a line parallel with and 53.00
feet Southerly of the center line of Ball Road, as said
Ball Road is shown on the Map of said Tract No. 2833;
thence North 89 37' 25" East 415.00 feet along the last
mentioned parallel line to an intersection with the West
line of said Tract No. 2833; thence North 00 14' 35"
West 23.00 feet along the West line of said. Tract No. 2833
to the point of beginning.
Piri Katz, wife of Milton Katz, M.D., a married man,
grantor herein, joins as grantor in this deed for the pur-
pose of acknowledging that the consideration paid by her
husband for the property herein described is his separate
property and of evidencing her consent to the vesting of
legal title to said property in said husband as his
separate property.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
