desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ELIZABETH WAGNER and
CLARENCE S. WAGNER, wife and husband.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land, being a portion of the North-
west quarter of Section 19, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the West line of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 19, (said West line being the center
line of Magnolia Avenue) with the Westerly prolongation of
the North line of Lots 66 through 72 of Tract No. 2653, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 86, pages 47 and 48 and 49 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
thence North 89 17' 55" East 1,106.13 feet to a point, said
point being the true point of beginning, also being the begin-
ning of a curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of
50 feet, a radial line bearing South 81 28' 46" East passes
through said point of beginning; thence Northerly, Northwesterly,
Westerly and Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through
a central angle of 134 09' 01" an arc distance of 117.07 feet
to the beginning of a reverse curve concave Northerly and hav-
ing a radius of 50 feet, a radial line passing through the
beginning of the last mentioned curve bears South 35 37' 47"
East; thence Southwesterly and Westerly along the arc of said
curve through a central angle of 34 55 1 42" an arc distance
of 30.48 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with
and 40.00 feet Northwesterly of the Westerly prolongation of
the North line of Lots 66 through 72 of the above mentioned
Tract 2653, a radial line bearing South 0 42' 05" East
passes through said intersection thence South 89 17' 55" West

the Westerly prolongation of the North line of Lot 66 of
said Tract No. 2653; thence along a line bearing North 89

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
