RESOLUTION NO. 4245
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for r08.d and Dublic
utili tv Duruoses ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of' said property ha s offered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest. of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of FLORA SNOWDEN, a widow,
to Rell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, to be used for ~.n easement for road and Jublic utility purpo?fJs,
and more particularly described as follows:

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property. out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
