A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 99R-125 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
September 21, 1999, that Resolution No. 99R-125 be amended in the manner hereina~er set
forth effective September 17, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 99R-125 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Unrepresented Part-time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that,
Section 1 of Resolution No. 99R-125 be amended by adding the following classifications:
1. That effective September 17, 1999 through June 23, 2000, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed
or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the
following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is September 21,
1999.
