RESOLUTION NO. 4242
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property ror
public purposes~ to wit: An easement ror road and public
utj] j tv pUT'pOflefl ; and
WHEREAS, the owner or said property has orfered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and ---
WHEREAS~ the City Councilor the City of ~aheim rinds that
it is ror the beneri t and best interest or the Ci ty\,or Anaheim to
accept said orrer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council or the
City or Anaheim that the orrer or GERTRUDE GRADY HAGERTY. a
An easement for road and oublic utility purposes over,
under and RcrosS the southerly 20 feet of those parcels
of lane located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Lot 21 and the Westerly one-half of Lot 20 of Tract 483,
as sho~n on a maD thereof filed in Book 17, page 20 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.

be~ and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim~ and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tt,e City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be~ and he is hereby~ authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
