RESOLUTION NO. 4239
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
'WHEREAS, the City Counci.l of the C1 ty of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and Dublic utility
ourooses ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ~aheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City<of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of MARY E. HYLTON, a widow,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, to be used for an easement for road and public utility ouroo~es,
and more particularly described as follQws:
An easement for road and public utility purposes, over
under and across the Southerly 20 feet of that parcel
of land located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Lots 13 anti 11.; and the East half of Lot 15 of Trect #48),
as s~own on a maD thereof filed in Book 17, Page 20, of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
