RESOLUTION NO. 4237
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEJiIENT FOR PUBLIC UTILTITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS~ the City Councll of: the City of' Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinaf'ter described real property for
public purposes, to wit g An easement for public utility purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the owner of' said property ha s of'fered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of' Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interes+' of the City of' Anaheim to
accept said off'er and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of' the
City of' Anaheim that the off'er of C&~~IE P. McCLURE, an unmarried
f'l1lJ;ln .
o sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of' Calif'-
ornia, to be used for an easement for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows~

An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across that ')arcel of lend loccted in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, being a strip of
lano J feet in width, which center line is described as
follows:
Commencing at a POLlt distant northerly 34 feet measured
at right angles from the South line of the Nt of Nt of
Sect~_on 16, TownshiD 4. South, Range 10 vlest, S.B.B.&M.,
and cUstan-:; Easterly measured 8.t right angles from the
West line of said Section 16, 58.5 feet, said point being
the true point of beginning of said striD of land three

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tLe City Treasurer of' the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property~ out of General Funds of the City of' Anaheim, the
sum of' One Dollar ($1.00).
