A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS FOR
THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM OF
THAT CERTAIN TERRITORY KNOWN AND DESIGNATED
AS THE RIVERVIEW ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 26th day of
February, 1963, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
adopt Resolution No. 63R -154 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF
COPY OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE A PETITION RELATING
TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION THEREOF, AND APPROVING THE CIRCULATION
OF SAID PETITION and
WHEREAS, Section 35113 of the Government Code of
California provides for a fifty -day period following the
adoption of said resolution for the filing of a petition; and
WHEREAS, no petition has as yet been filed with the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine it
would be to the advantage of the City of Anaheim and for the
best interest of the electors and property owners within the
territory designated as Riverview Annexation that said annexa-
tion proceedings be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all of the proceedings for the
annexation to the City of Anaheim of that certain territory
known and designated as the Riverview Annexation be, and the
same are hereby, terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this llth day of June, 1963.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -510 on the
llth day of June, 1963.
