63-0482A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit Easements for road and public utilit purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered to sel
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of MYRON LARRABEE and BLANCHE
LARRABEE husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
to be used for easements for road and public utility purposes

and more particularly described as follows
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Northerly 32.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the
center line of Romneya Drive) of the North half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 460 feet thereof.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly five (5) feet of the North half of the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 460 feet thereof.
The Westerly two feet of the above described Easterly five feet of
Parcel Two will be used for electric power line overhang purposes
only.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of June 1963.
