A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CONSENT OF THE OWNER OF
A CERTAIN RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT TO THE RECORD
OWNER'S GRANTING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AN
EASEMENT FOR PIPE LINE PURPOSES WITHIN SAID
RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Water District of
Southern California is the owner of a certain right of way
easement acquired for the construction of the East Orange
County Feeder No. 2 pipe line; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim proposes to construct
as part of the City's water distribution system, a pipe line
within The Metropolitan Water District's r -fight of way
easement in, over and across the southerly 5 feet of Lot 27
of Tract No. 6)00, as shown on a map recorded in Book 168,
Page 1i4, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the Recorder
of Orange County, and has acquired an easement for con-
struction of said pipe line from the record owner of said
property; and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Water District has
consented to the construction of said pipe line within its
right of way easement subject to certain terms and conditions,
and has tendered to the City of Anaheim a form of Consent to
be accepted by the City setting forth said terms and con-
ditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
for the benefit and best interest of the City to accept said
Consent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Consent of The Metropolitan
Water District of Southern California, this day tendered to
the City Council, to the record owner's grant of easement to
the City for construction of said pipe line over and across
the above- designated parcel of land, be and the same is
hereby accepted, subject to the terms and conditions therein
contained.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 28th day of May 1 9 6 3.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. -63R -462 on the
28th day of May, 1963.
