WHEREAS, Hoskins Land Company 1& tha owur of all that
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State ot California, desoribed as follows:
Ottioes nambered 215, 216, 217 and 218 of
tl:l.at certain building bown u the Irae.er
Building, situated at 222 last Oenter Street,
in the City ot Anaheim, County ot Orange,
State of Oalifornia;
AID WHli:REAS, heretotore, to wit, on the 1st day ot
Decoaber, 1956, the City made and entered into a lease with said
Koski.s Land Coapany wherein and whereby said pr amises were laased
to the Ciiy of Anaheim for a tera of one (1) year, oommenoing on
the 1st day of Deoember, 1956 and ending en the JOth day ot
lovember, 1957, at a monthly rental of "0.00 per lIonth, payable
in advanoe on the first day of eaoh and every aonth; and
WHEREAS, said lease provides that the City, as Lassee,
sball have the right and option to renew said lease upon the
expiration thereof tor an additional term of one year, upon like
terms and oonditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Oouncil does hereby eleot to exeroise
said optlon and renew said lease for an addltional term of ORe
year, upon like teras and conditions as set forth in said lease,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Couoil of
the City of Anaheim that the above meatloned lease be reaewea tor
an additional term of one year, upon the same terms aDd oonditions
as .et forth in said lease dated Deoember 1, 1956.
AID Bli: IT mRTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and direoted to exeoute
a renewal lease extending the term of .aid lease dated Deoember 1,
195' tor an additional terll of one year from the a.ate ot: the
expiration thereat:, upon 11ke terms and oondltlons.
