A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY, HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED,
FOR STREET PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Greschner Investment Corporation did hereto-
fore offer for dedication for street purposes Lot A of Tract
No. 4408 by document entitled "Irrevocable Offer of Dedication"
executed the 27th day of March, 1962; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the dedication were such
that the properties abutting said Lot A were required to pay
their proportionate share of the utilities and improvements
constructed in the street contiguous to said Lot A; and
WHEREAS, Greschner Investment Corporation has acknowl-
edged that all conditions of said Irrevocable Offer of Dedica-
tion have been met as to said Lot A and has requested the City
of Anaheim to accept the offer of dedication of said Lot A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that, in accordance with the terms of
the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication executed on the 27th day
of March, 1962, by Greschner Investment Corporation and in
conformity with the further notification of said Greschner
Investment Corporation that the conditions of said Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication have been met, and upon the request of
said Greschner Investment Corporation that the City now accept
the dedication, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby accept for street purposes, Lot A of Tract No. 4408, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 159, Pages 37 and 38,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 28th day of May, 1963.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 63R -457 was
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting provided by law, of
the City Council of the City of. Anaheim, held on the 28th day of
May, 1963, by the following vote of the members thereof:

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -457 on the
28th day of May, 1963.
