RESOLUTION N0. 99R-172
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC
UTILITIES LOCATED ON PROPERTY AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF CLIFTON AVENUE AND
ANAHEIM BOULEVARD. (99-19A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate
certain public streets, highways or public service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law; and

WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said
was posted and published in the manner prescribed by
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of August, 1999, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of that
certain easement for public utility purposes, including sewer and
drainage, as recorded in Book 6931, Page 507 of Orange County
Records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by
this resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of
this resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of August,
