A RESOLUTION Oi<' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF i\NAHETH ,1:SRTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASENENT FOR-lliLIQ STREET PURPOSES.

WHEREAS. the City Councll of the City of Anaheim is
desir'ous of purchasing the hereinaft.er described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for ...publio street 'DurDOS8S
; and
WHERE.i\.S. the o'wner.L. of said property ha!!... offered to sell
and convey the same to the-city; and
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interes+' of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
