OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit. Easements for public utility
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of the GRAYBAR ELECTRIC
CaMPANY, INC. a New Yo c corooration
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Atlaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for public

and more partic=idescribed as follows:

An easemart for public utility purposes over, under
End across the Westerly 3 feet of the Southerly
150 feet of Lot 5, Tract 3351, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 110, pages 5,6 and 7 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange Gouty, California.

ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of Gener :1 Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
