A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
FOR PUBLIC ROAD 7URPOSES IN, ON, UNDER
AND ACROSS CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY, FROM
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY.
:IHEREAS, Southern California Edison Company, a
corporation organized under the laws of the State of California,
has tendered to the City of Anaheim an easement for public
road purposes in, on, under and across the following described
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, subject to the terms, covenents
and conditions therein set forth;
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Sec-
tion 22, Township L. South, Ranee 10 West, S.B.F.
and M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of
said Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, said
point being North 89 5 30" East 75.17 feet,
measured along said South line, from the South-
west corner of said Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter, said
corner also being the Southwest coroer of the
land described as parcel 6 in that certain deed
to Southern California Edison Company, dated
July 20, 1939, and recorded August 1, 1939, in
DooL 1009, page 171, of Official Records in the
office of the County Recorder of said County;
thence North 00 0 3 West 6.00 feet to the
beoinnine of a non-tangent curve concave North-
easterly and havinr a radius of 15.00 feet; thence
Westerly and Northerly along said curve, through
a central angle of 89° 521 00" an arc distance of
23.53 feet to the intersection thereof with a
line that is parallel with and 60.00 feet Easterly,
measured at right angles, from the ''Test line of
said Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter; thence tangent to said
curve, North On 13 22" West, alonc said last
mentioned parallel line a distance of 9.37 feet;
thence South 77 27 55" East, 11:7.92 feet to a
point in the Southerly line of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 22, said lost mentioned
Point bears North 39 5 East 129.31 feet
measured along said Southerly line from the South-
east corner of that certain parcel of land
described in the easement to the City of Anaheim,
recorded on December 11, 1962 in flook 6355, page
/!27 of Official Records in the office of the
County Recorder of said County; thence South 39
1 30" West along said Southerly line a distance
of 129.31 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to covenents, conditions, restrictions
rights and easements affecting the above described
real property whether of record or not.

AND WHI=AS, the City Council finds that it is for
the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept
said easement for road purposes this day submitted to the
City Council by Southern California Edison Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the easement for road purposes
this day tendered to the City by Southern California Edison
Company, a. corporation organized under the laws of the State
of California, granting to the City, but subject to the terms,
covenants and conditions therein contained, an easement for
public road and highway purposes in, on, under and across
that certain real property hereinabove described, be and the
sam, is hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the i and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to accept said ease-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 29th day of October 1963.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -855 on the
29th day of October, 1963.
