63-0840WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on June 18, 1963 adopt Resolution No. 63R -520 granting Condi-
tional Use permit No. 423 permitting the construction of a
one and two -story multiple- family planned residential
development, with carports, on Portion "B" of the real prop-
erty therein described, and the establishment of a car wash
on Portion "A" of the real property described in said reso-
lution, and a waiver of the Anaheim Municipal
Code height limitations for R -3 and C -1 Zones, on the
respective portions of said real property, subject to
certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, it was also the intent of the City Council
to grant a waiver of the minimum lot width and lot area
requirements as indicated on the approved plans for the
development of subject property, but through inadvertence
or oversight, Conditional Use Permit No. 423 did not grant
a waiver of these requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -520 grant-
ing Conditional Use Permit No. 423 be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That a waiver of the Anaheim Municipal Code
minimum lot width and lot area requirements
be, and the same is hereby granted on the
property described in said resolution, as
indicated on the approved plans for the
development of subject property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 63R -520 be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
