desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes to wit: An easement for public
utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RANCHO LANE REALTY. I`C.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land being a portion of Lot 21
of the J. D. Taylor Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 36, pages 58 and 59 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of that parcel of
land shown on a Record of Survey Map filed in Book 62,
page 112 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California; thence South 72
041 56" East along the South line of said parcel of land
a distance of 8h.91 feet; thence North 17 00 45" West
a distance of 39.03 feet to the true point of beginning
of the land hereinafter described; thence North 72 01
56" West 10.26 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence Westerly and Northerly along said curve through
a central angle of 70° 201 03" an arc distance of 18.1,.1
feet to a point in the Easterly right of way line of
Jefferson Street, said point being the beginning of a
reverse curve concave Westerly and having a radius of
1,250 feet, as shown on said Record of Survey; thence
Northerly along said Easterly right of way line of Jef-
fersonStreet and along said curve through a central
angle of 2 41 14" an arc distance of 58.53 feet; thence
South 17 00 45" East 78.89 feet to the true point of
beginning.

owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Doll .r ($1.00).
