WHEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company, a Kansas Corporation, has tendered to the Cty of
Anaheim a license acreement dated Septem.ber 16, 196,
licensing and permitting the City of :.,naheim:to construct,
maintain and use an electric supnly in containing a ma5-
mu of one quy and three conductors, across or along the
premises of the Atchison, Topcla and Santa. Fe Railway
Company at or near the station of South Anaheim. nranc
County, California, subject to the terms, covenants and
conditions cnntained in said acreement, the location of
said electric supply 1 nd the lind and ,auge of said
conductors, the phase, frequency and veltage of the elec-
tric circuit carried thereon. being more particularly shown
upon the print of said Railway Company No. L-J-260)!..9, datad
July 31, 1963, mar:iced "Fxbibit A," and attached to and madv
a part of said license agreement: srd
WHREAS, said license agreement has this day been
-zubmitted to the City Council for consideration, and the
City Council does find and determjne that it would bc for
the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
enter into said license agreement with. said Railway Company.
NOW, THERF7RE, 7F IT RESCLVED by the Citv Council
of the City of Anaheim that the licens acre'JTet, Cated
September 16, 1967, t the City of Anaheim by the
Atchisn, Topka and Santa Fe Railway Company, a Kansas
Corporation, licensing and permitting the City of Anaheim
to construct, maintain and use an electric supply line con-
tainino a maximum. of one guy and thrae conductors, across
or along tha premises of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway Co at or near the station of South Anaheim,
Orange County, California subject to the terms, covenants
and conditions therein contained, the location of said
electric supoly line and the kind and gauge of said conduc-
tors, the phase, frequency and voltage of the electric circuit
carried thereon being more particularly shown upon the print
of said ailway Comoany No. dated july 196

AND RE IT FURTHER 1R7E3(MVED that the I'Myor and City
Clerk be, and they arc hereby, authorized to eecute said
acreement above-mentioned for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
