A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ''OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CON-
NECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS NOS. 344
AND 319,
iJHEREAS; the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on February 26, 1963, hold public hearings relative to peti-
tions for Conditional Use Permits Nos. 301_ and 3h9 and did
refer said Conditional Use Permits back to the City Planning
Commission for a complete report concerning facilities on all
of the R -1 lots in the Area in which the properties described
in said Conditional Use permits are situated; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of a report and recommendation
from the City Planning, Commission the City Council does find
that:
1. The petitioner no longer wishes to establish a
trailer park use on the property described in
the application for Conditional Use Permit
No. 3LiL, and that all proceedings in connection
with said Conditional Use Permit should, there-
fore, be terminated.
2. That the property described in Conditional Use
Permit No. 3?_9 was later incorporated in Condi-
tional Use Permit No. which was denied by
the City Planning Commission on August 19, .1963),
and that all proceedings in connection with Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 31.1 should, therefore, be
terminated.
NOW, TH EREFCR BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
with Conditional Use Perry,its Nos. 3L» and 31.9 be, and the same
are hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of October, 1963.
